Welcome to Cook with veggies!
As you might have guessed by the title of this website, it is all about vegetables. But not only vegetables. I also love to highlight fruit and herbs. I think most people would agree that we need to get better at eating our vegetables. The recommended amount of 200 grams should really be closer to 500 grams but only a really small percentage of the people will get to that number.
Not a vegetarian food blog
First, it is good to know I am not a vegan or vegetarian food blog. I do not eat a lot of meat but I will use loads of eggs, cheese and things like that. Can't do without. Don't want to do without. That said; in every single recipe post that is not vegetarian or vegan I will give a quick and simple tip on how to make it so. If possible.
